In my opinion it is very obvious that "some" have already been (unfairly) briefed by what will be announced at the AGM tomorrow; And in my opinion, have utilised their ill-gotten info for their own deceitful and conniving benefit (just a supposition, said in-general and not stating so). As with the major stake-holding owned by just one person, the founder, why would he or the board give a rats about any concerns that an ordinary retail investor has (?) just asking. The share has been purely a trading toy since it's huge 40% odd fall very soon after Roger Montgomery spruiked it as a bargain buy at $3.90 to the enth degree on media, namely Switzer. Any price rise since has been short lived and was sold into. The chart on the right tells the story!
