AGM, anyone here going?
May be an interesting meeting, especially after this last little update which knocked us all for six.
How does a trial for lower dosage efficacy suddenly end up a fustercluck and we end up with no ownership at all… wow.
From the AGM notice, does resolution 5 which refers to a %10 placement of share facility come on top of the standard %15 placement which I think we already have? Happy to be corrected if I have got this wrong.
If so are we looking at an acquisition sooner, $2 million cash plus a 25% placement. Wishful thinking perhaps, still they need something to discuss at the AGM!
