I have a healthy hold on the pen and voted "no" to all resolutions. I was wondering how do we know the numbers are correct when they say "for" has it!!! As far as I'm aware most of the shareholders are not happy, with the performance of the management and the healthy dough they dish out for themselves year after year with not much to show, and would have voted "against"....
