I see your point. It really is a potential turnaround story at this stage, Titan need some runs on the board to get some credibility back and that means winning contracts to secure some forward revenue.
A more shrewd investor would wait for this to happen before buying in, but I'm in already albeit at a higher price than 30c but will hold for now rather than throwing in the towel.
