what about what CTR did to shareholders PRIOR to RRS selling out ? How many porkies did ctr release to shareholders both officially ( and unofficially through other posters ) that did the real damage.? RRS sold out - so what . If it was cheap or a good investment or punt or whatever you want to call it , old shareholders and new ones (myself incl) would have bought up but neither did.

Is CTR desperate as you claim ? If it was me as CEO , I would restore faith and start buying on market and then you might see them work themselves out of trouble and able to raise at a higher price ....and don't tell us they can't afford too.
