    I was at the AGM for only 15 mins :(. Very back, right hand corner. I had to go back to work.

    About 30 people there - not as big as i thought

    Got through about 5 resolutions while i was there.... all passed - only 1 question about how many employees will take part in the option employee icentive scheme. They said at maximum 10-12. But shouldn't be anymore employee then what has been in recent times (past 18 months). In other words about 4 people.
