The AGM is been held a month earlier than usual at 10:00am, Friday 30 October 2015.
It has been held on the last Friday of November since 2007, when I first came across ECT (one AGM was delayed until December, from memory)
Significant? I think so, in the context of getting shareholder approval a month earlier, for whatever is being cooked up, to get the shed built earlier......... imho
