Agreed RTJ - I won't be supporting ANY of the resolutions. They have had our money for plan A , and the company is tanking so time they considered a plan B .. Which might include some fresh faces on the board. I hold over a 1m shares too - not huge but enough to really care, and I bought when shares were much higher so good that you will attend the AGM - hope others do as well, with the kind of sensible but clear advice you propose. We all like the science, but the ATM is running out. Throw us a better bone Dr. Glass and management.

I also hold 1 million shares bought at a high price. I will be abstaining from 1,23 and voting NO 4,5,6,7,8,9. I don't think 4 and 5 will change.
