I will NOT be voting for Resolutions 6,7,8 & 9. From my understanding unfortunately Resolutions 4& 5 can't be stopped as it was part of the initial funding arrangement.
Although not a major shareholder (my son and I have nearly 3m shares) I hope my contribution helps, however hopefully I get support from other long term (and very loyal) shareholders as well.
I will be attending the AGM (Flying up from Sydney for the day) and what I am going to recommend to the board is that if the Company needs short/medium term funding that they approach the 'loyal/all shareholders" on a similar basis to that of the recent funding arrangement with Sabby Healthcare Master Fund and Sabby Volatility Warrant Master Fund Ltd (USA) and offer similar share options as well - why not, shareholders have never had this opportunity before and I think we should had!!!!!
I look forward in meeting up with other long term shareholders who attend the AGM
