* obviously guidance and level of confidence
* ASIC if complete then when investor accounts presentation day - if not complete what can they say without compromising their position
* feeling about relations with SGS affinity groups - warm- new clients?
* consolidation of UK market - does this mean small firms closing giving remaining a bigger slice of pie or does consolidation mean other firms buying as against closing - if buying where does S&G fit in given further acquisitions off the table
* a sense for the regulatory/insurers relationships - medco impact? latest round of Jackson measures making further inroads into reducing RTA?
* mood in the camp - are staff buoyant - any tangible evidence to share?
* plenty of damaging accusations made about our company over past 6 months - considering a legal challenge against anyone suspected of profiting from spreading rumours?
