    They still need to get prop 8 approved. They already got the Orbimed waiver. Ducks getting in line?

    If projected completion is Dec 31st 2015 then the "strategic transaction" announcement will probably made pre-market by end of this month which would allow them 30 days ex-holidays to get the transaction closed.
