Did anyone really believe Kohler would actually release a JORC to his shareholders in November as he promised during the failed takeover?
I might have to re-look at his wording of that release to see if he is in breach of ASIC and ASX regulations in what he actually committed to?
He has probably covered himself with a disclaimer as he is as cunning as a shit house rat when it comes to shareholders investments?
It's all about him!!!
But I will check his wording/phrasing anyway.
