If I get my wallet out again for a further CR it will get yet another dent in it - its covered in dents. I would like to put a fence ( fents get it ? ) around Norton and Morning star but I don't think MNM could afford it at this stage. Hence a CR is required, which we all knew would be inevitable, but the problem is that I don't think they would have too many shareholders particularly interested unless there were a carrot attached and I don't mean free options. The carrot will have to be a funding arrangement in place, however, I think it will be subject to certain requirements of MNM.
Initially, I think MNM were hoping to have the funding in place before they announced another CR, but perhaps they ran out of time and money and that is why I have suggested that the CR could be linked to the funding. If it isn't then heaven help the SP.
All IMO as I am only surmising.
