It is not a fair question the Directors cannot control the share price only the shareholder can on different actions that take place.
There are so many that can take place.
Directors selling. Like Mr Marshall share holder took no action.
Down turn in China.
Drop in oil price.
Steel price fall.
Bush fire damaging gas plant.
Sabotage.
Duster oil drill.
Can you name more that one which would be in the control of directors.
Bad management is the only reason they should resign and we do not know yet if that is happening
