AGM, page-14

Good morning all....
I,ll be attending the AGM......was looking forward to it until Fridays announcement which frankly .....is grossly disappointing. Fully understand the joint ventures so called "tight hole policy" but if ever there was a time to inform your shareholders......the people who physically put up the cash to fund the venture , the AGM is it !!!
And they are asking us to approve further capital raisings at the very same meeting ???....
Very confused and dis heartened but will attend (Too late have bought the tickets and paid for the hotel etc)
Have been in this stock for 4 years and am substantially committed (not top 20) but really do expect them to update us with any relevant known facts as per ASX requirements.
Maybe I,m a little too "old school" ???? but I expect better from our management, as I,m sure do many others .
