Every 12 existing shares convert to 1 fully paid ordinary share.

Last share sale was 3.9 cents so each new share possibly worth 45.0 cents. (I'd like to see that!!)

AND before I forget - a new totally forgettable name PRENOLICA.

Somebody must have been sniffing glue to think up that one. As a suggestion I would at least drop the A.
