The corporate world has become addicted to awarding themselves share options and performance bonuses, golden handshakes and the like.
The directors of AJX hold more shares than anyone, therefore they will benefit more than anyone else with the upturn in the business. They dont need to be awarded anything further at this stage, perhaps when we see the fruits of their work and have tasted some gains ourselves as shareholders, then this could be considered but not at present.
This disproportionate wealth allocation is one of the very reasons that Trump won the election, because the average person is sick of this sort of thing going on.
Gander just made a cool 250k this morning with a conversion of some options at 8 cents. ( i must confess i dont even know what he does for the business back here in Australia)
Lets get some runs on the board before we started handing over millions to those that are just doing their job!
