I am afraid that I am not going to waste breath or ink on someone who won't be in the room voting anyway - his opinion is not only flawed - it is irrelevant. As is most of the insignificant 7.

The room and the votes will be by shareholders - many of which have a solid relationship with at least one or more directors and management --------------- WE will decide and WE will have the relationships that we have.

IMO - our board and management are way above holding any ill feeling if enough shareholders are having an opinion in the company that they own.

from my experience - they will listen and, there will be enough people in the room for them to realise that they have plenty of supporters and friends -

of course - at many AGM's there is always some display of unease - it's par for the course - but, our people are seasoned campaigners and they will also sense the support.

From my end - people are very supportive of all board and management - but, most I talk to just have a different take on this rem structure -

it will work out.
