AGM

Hi All,

Any thoughts on the AGM?

It was very short in my opinion. Resolution voting and 2 questions answered doesnt cut it.


Not sure if I missed anything else ( over top of the music playing in the background at the start!)


Few points:

No news on pbt434
No additional info on Europe

They should have provided much greater detail around the above two points as they didnt discuss their current programs ( just went straight to questions)

At least we now know the FDA refused to meet with Prana and hence why it took an extra 6 months to complete... doesnt say much for FDA providing guidance to an orphan designated product.

FDA requirement for asked Prana to prove that it is able reverse the toxicity issues if they occur, not surecwho one can prove a reverse a brain bleed or heart attack or whatever happened to the dogs... . The issues arose from very high doses and much more frequesnt dosing too ( 3 times a day I believe he said).
