simon, Prana did do several preclinical early-stage tests in Australia. They are not easy for laymen to find, unlike the US central trial data for ongoing and completed trials at ClinicalTrials.gov. Wonder why Prana chose not Australia but the US FDA for clinical mid-stage trials? There must be some reason.
Remember that there is NO scientific proof that PBT2 is a disease-modifying drug. If there were any evidence of that, Prana would be in a far better place now.
In answer to your p.s., If I were diagnosed with HD, I and almost everyone else in the world would want to take a drug that is proven (without a doubt after as many Phase III's that it takes) that it has been found to be safe and efficacious.
