That webcast did not instill confidence. You'd think that the money Kempler earns he would invest in a public speaking course. Ahh, err , ummm, pause ......does not give the impression that he believes or has any confidence in what he is saying or it is the first time that he has read it so couldn't be @rsed preparing.
The end bit - any more questions - no - so we'll close(without giving anybody a chance to ask a question) smacked of getting out of the firing line before somebody asked a curly one.
These are just my observations and may be off target. I am not a financial adviser. Do your own research.
