It's amazing how many times I have read on this forum the phrase "great management team" or something similar.

Have you all met the management?

Hasn't the company got a 3 man board only. Mr Hunt being the only executive and executive chairman at that ?

No managing director and two non exec directors, one who is a geologist ( which is fine but in my opinion don't often add a lot in corporate dealings ) and the other Mr Alwyn Vorster who is the full time MD of BC Iron so I think his time spent on Volt would be limited in my opinion?

I would encourage everyone who can possibly attend the AGM next week to do so and meet the management for themselves. All shareholders have the right to do so and in my experience you can learn a lot from talking to the directors after the formal proceedings and can get a good understanding of how much time management spends in country and the day to day workings of the company.
