To buy shares would be saying to the market that they see no possibility of the SP going up in the foreseeable future.
zoomy, that seems counterintuitive.
i can understand how it could be considered insider trading if they bought on anticipation of sp rise due to some impending good news that only they know of...
but to think that the directors buy because don't expect the sp to get any better, I can't get my head around.
care to elaborate more?
