curiouser, The market is aware of the potential of these events but not the certainty.  The actual happening of any one of these is likely to have a significant effect on the SP.  IMO the directors would have an extremely good idea of the certainty and timing of these events.  To buy shares at the moment would be denying this fact and stating they have no better idea than the market as to conditions and timing.  As an example I would guess that the directors are negotiating the rate of interest as well as form of funding supply dates i.e. it is likely the debt will be in the form of a draw down facility.  In addition the market is aware of resource increase, I'm pretty sure the directors already have a better idea than any of us.
