Yeah I agree, higher lows and has now built a base for a spike into the .04s. Your right about the hards yards in the .02 to .05 range. RAP was excruciating During that period, with regular swings of 25% daily. The key for me is the SP now left the low .03s and interest is growing. EPT is going to stay on my dance card until the last tango.
