This shakeout IMO was planned based on the TA and run of the SP from 0.012 with no "credible" news instead on story writers, photographers and the cheer squad.
What I am thinking is some form of announcement with some information (got to use the word some because ECT management may "drop" anything on the fly like "dropping" from framework etc.,) my come out early next week, then the herd could start buying and get stuck for few years.
