The "old Boys" getting cream and poor shareholders have to suffer is imo dramatically overrated.

When i remind me correctly, Birimian with the current management was one of the rare ASX ressource stocks that give mom-and-dad shareholders the possibility to participate at a cheap Placement some month ago.

Could you particiapte at the 2 cent GPP Placement ? I guess you couldn't. That gift was made only  to sophs. If you are worried about managements mucking retailers you shold  sell your GPPs on monday morning.
