My 2c worth.
1. That 95% of ASX Company's share consolidations fail miserably.
2. As previously mentioned ORE's sp suffers at the hands of shorters and SDV or JB can give them more than enough excuse, so that and the higher sp ($2.50 approx) will not be a deterrent.
3. The generous entitlements for doing what they normally do.
