What a farcical to set a 'walk in the park' benchmark for entitlement to enrich themselves at the expense of SHs.
Using the latest 5 days average as benchmark after the the share price has been smashed 14 out of the last 16 sessions is not only comical but insulting.
I hope the major shareholders object to this generous cash grab, essentially reward for 'business as usual'; not a credible incentive scheme.
