I find these interesting at the effect the 3 other Directors will have on the outcomes.
E & F are interesting. I also note that they have covered a No Consolidation vote.
A. $3.15 for 30 days. Which is a 38.5% rise from post consolidation price ($2.275)
B. 160kmt (13.3kt per month) which is below I think is below nameplate?
C. How can I calculate that one when contracts are confidential? I verily believe we have one contract for 120kt @ AUD$805/6%
D. Hasnt that decision been made already?
E&F No comment but I find it strange they reward themselves for being supported by shareholders for 12 months and not lose their job.
I agree the pay rises bring them into line with other similar companies. The share options NO.
