Just to repeat my previous posts.
It is a joke to set low , 'walk in the park' $.55 exercise price over 3 years period and very excessive 20 million shares each (post consolidation -- $4 m shares each) to the 2 top gun in the company.
They might as well reward themselves with huge bonuses, just for turning up to work and put to the vote in the AGM.
I hope the big instos vote strongly against these scheme and send a clear message to the management that easy cash grab is not acceptable.
$.55 exercise price would be acceptable if it is over 3 months time frame.
It is 3 long years, with MC, SDV, JB all in production, it will be a big disappointment if the SP is not worth north of $1.00 based on current shares register.
