It's wrong to say that 15% of the company was given away. I don't know where you got the 15% figure from. If you're referring to the CR, it was about 6% and it raised $61m, which is hardly giving anything away. Instead, it's allowed GXY to go full bore on SDV and JB.
I tend to agree re goals, though, which should be a stretch. Incentive payments should be for goals that wouldn't be achieved in the ordinary course of events.
