Gxy is setting the pace with extraordinary outcomes. We should not overlook the fantastic 2017 pricing breakthrough. It has a monumental effect both to our top and bottom lines, as well as GXY's reputation, a new player to reckon with. Reward for 'creativity and achievement' is warranted imo and whilst we're talking about future remuneration, there are recent good achievements that benefit the current and future years, imo as usual. Nonetheless it is also possible to link other rewards to further appreciation in SP, beyond $3.15 etc
