Just travelling back from AGM.
Wrt PE, Cath said that if they would PE, it would be VERY very messy to unravel. This made me think, that we will not P E, but as she let on, rather would negotiate a favourable settlement between the parties.
Initiating PE, Would serve perhaps that goal, without going all the way.
I will add later some more, if some details are not reported.
Very positive meeting as far as I am concerned.
