Many many thanks for the clarification. Perhaps we can now put the "FAR missed the 30 day deadline" to bed .... that would be much appreciated the knockers!
Great to get confirmation and also good to hear FAR are the only ones pursuing PE (this time around). My only problem witha settlement is that ity also has to in some way prevent the same thing happening in the future so it would be better if the deal was voided.
