Got a mediation this Friday afternoon - unlike you, I understood the game earlier on and sold out.
If you think $1M is all that will cost, then you are living on Fantasy Island.
Try at least 10 times that (for a start) if you are going to go legal for 1 year. $1M won't last a month.

COP have a huge professional firm to take on anyone....good luck with that.
If you need examples on how hard it is to extract anything from the Big Boys, go to PVD forum - their claim was much more stronger than FAR and they only got about $7M about nearly 3 years, less their own costs, probably 3 to 4 M (my guess here).
Furthermore, notice FAR no longer harp on about waiting for Gov Approval or was it Presidential Decree or Presidential Blessing....blah blah BS.
