By your own summation :

1 million per month or more in arbitration:

"Try at least 10 times that (for a start) if you are going to go legal for 1 year. $1M won't last a month."

You then state:
"If you need examples on how hard it is to extract anything from the Big Boys, go to PVD forum - their claim was much more stronger than FAR and they only got about $7M about nearly 3 years, less their own costs, probably 3 to 4 M (my guess here)"

So which is correct :

1 million or more per month in arbitration when talking about far,

Or

You have then guessed 3 to 4 million for nearly 3 year arbitration for PVD?

By your first statement should it be 36 months x 1 million or more ?
