I must say I do feel sorry for WPL, even though they clearly don't believe PE even exists which has absolutely no bearing on anything because COP the seller says that it does, they have been put in to this position by COP. FAR have an obligation to its shareholders to go to arbitration if their advice supports it. 1 million is the risk initially for what is likely to be 350 mmbbls, how can they not have a go??
The whiners on here that think PE was a stupid move in the first instance would most likely be the same one's whining if FAR didn't have a go.
The upside for FAR far out weighs the downside its a no brainer. DB
