Yes I take your point MR H. Its clear that WPL have ploughed ahead because they believe that FAR has no claim at all.......which bears no weight because COP said they have. I am starting to wonder if COP even told WPL there was a dispute lodged by FAR? Seems Colemans comments in that interview would suggest COP were so desperate to sell they didn't tell WPL about the dispute notification??
We now know that COP received notification on day 28 and have acknowledged that. From the below its clear COP didn't share that with WPL. DB
