It hink you answered your own question and confirmed our doubts with that quotation. COP didn't give FAR a detailed valuation of just the assets it would seem ... rather they said they were selling the company (presumably with any liabilities etc). In other words they didn't give FAR enough detail to determine what part of the price was the assets and what part was not.
