Thank you for that post Erinne!
Have read all other posts on this thread and this one is the one that fills me with the most hope as it is precise with respect to PE. Sorry OOO, your posts were just sensational but this post is clarity for me.
If I read you right Erinne, you are saying FAR are going to 100% go to arbitration?? I hope that's accurate
The fact that COP have not been willing to mediate the matter or attend talks with even the government speaks volumes to me about their dodgy actions in this matter. They want it to go away but bring it on I say, but leave it to management to get the timing right.
Have not read any of Szabas posts for a long time but noticed he/she is again putting on the Woodside blinkers based on replies others post to his/her posts. It is crystal clear now that FAR did lodge the required notice and COP chose to ignore. As I said, bring it on, as I'm sure any court or panel will ask why COP have been unwilling to negotiate when as FAR have stated, they complied with the terms of the JOA.
Also, we are in for a huge resource upgrade imo, based on statements made by both FAR and CNE in respect of connectivity. And if FFS1 comes in too, look out! All up, a great AGM with plenty of good news provided.
Finally, a poster has been whining about dilution being the reason our SP is where it is. Likely has a bit to do with it but Mate, you've invested in the wrong type of company! If you think they can just keep drilling and thereby proving up resources without raising capital, well, please advise how else they can pay for their share of the costs??? These funds have, imo, been well spent to date, with the previous cap raising having paid for the last 3-4 wells which will grow the value of the discovery well in excess of what was raised. Surely that's good business??? Not sure when the SP will reflect fully the true value of the company but as Wasa has said infinitum, patience is required.
