I disagree with your comment, Tony.
Your interpretation that the Senegalese government has wiped its hands of the matter doesn't float with me.
My view is that they tried their best to get PE sorted as quickly and amicably as they could.
All parties involved followed the government line by shutting their traps, eventually, but we have since found out that the mediation efforts where for naught.
Senegal, to me, has said " we've tried our best" it didn't work so if you want to Far do what you have too.
Same information but different point of view.
