Another thought. Could it be possible that FAR has quite happily let the PE saga drag on thus providing a disincentive to any predator ... rather like the Cairn India saga? Thus allowing FAR time to complete appraisal of SNE and reserve space declared before they have to deal with any approaches. Makes sense and it may well be the sort of strategy that You can imagine Reg and Cath engineering. FAR ha been preserving its rights so as to preserve itself ..LOL!
