Will be interesting to see how WPL decsribes their Senegal interest in their upcoming end of year accounts. Surely if they do not by then have formal transfer of title endorsed by the Govt they will be unable to list the asset without a qualification. Auditors will be on the case to ensure WPL management do the right thing by WPL shareholders and not mis-state the reality. Perhaps this potential embarrassment might encourage WPL to offer an olive branch to FAR.
Will make interesting reading if noting changes by June 30.
