I hold options in this company which I plan to exercise. I was reading the announcement in regard to the AGM and saw that you will receive a barcoded AGM proxy form, which needs to be handed in to their offices by 4pm on October 2 which is a Monday.

How do they propose that new shareholders from the exercise of options receive their proxy form when the final day of exercise is likely to be Friday September 29?

Or is there a sinister reason as to why the AGM is done a few days after the exercise of options AND that proxies needed to be completed by the first business day after the exercise of options? (ie Westchester receiving 50m options)
