Clearly Lewis expects to get acceptances at 23c over the next few weeks and take control of the company.
However offer documents have not been received yet in the mail, so it is questionable how many will accept prior to the AGM - it may need to be postponed perhaps.
trading above 23 on mostly low volume, still awaiting target statement from OTL, lots of speculation going on, but not much visible at this stage.
