Lewis has been simply trying to get the board to focus on shareholder returns, such as the 9 mil in cash they are sitting on.
board are now receptive to this, and it appears that telcos in Europe are finally starting to trade up, with likely opportunity to sell Irish operation at profit and return to us.
up to now board seem to be more interested in feathering their nest. Either way shareholders should now benefit, although it looks like Lewis will not get control.
Now awaiting target statement which should show a bright future for OTL and a price target in the 30c range, l hope.
