issue is whether with the changed excise conditions, 2 plants both months behind commisioning timetables, obvious (and if you believe the rumours) ongoing issues over QC at these plants.. among other things

why would you run down yr cash to virually zero with spend on a future US plant when you have all these ongoing issues in OZ.

I as much as anyone hope daryl pulls off a US JV but as far as de-risking the Company should have got Aust producing and selling, thereby generating cashflow before ramping up the bus development "opportunities".

for mine I've not heard anyone suggest having no cash after having spent $15m in the US has been exactly what the market wanted.. hence the SP.

I'm hopeful this will eventually be back at $2.40. But I'd be betting there's a management re-shuffle before then.
