I agree with Karlene, let management know we are disappointed and also mystified why their salaries are rising when we are yet to have made a solitary cent. But lets not assume we know everything, give them a chance at the meeting and as per F9 give them another six months before forcing a change at board level. As Karlene points out, they must have frustrations too.
