If Gibson can pull off this "deal" then the main beneficiary will be Gibson not BRO (nor the other public co.)
The benefit to BRO would be very minimal at best:
* Perhaps royalties
* Perhaps nil remuneration for his services as non-executive director
* Perhaps that recent placement from Colo Investments
